Horizontal Rigging Systems / Highlines

Prerequisite: Any successfully completed course through ATS, or permission of ATS

Course Description: Horizontal Systems is any rigging that requires some aspect of highly controlled influence from some other point separate from the original fall line. Usually people associate this with highlines. This course not only addresses that wonderful world of highlines, but we will also give the participant a solid foundation of even more usable techniques such as Dynamic Directionals and Two Rope Systems.

Location:
We offer this course at our training facility in Sisters, Oregon - The Rigging Lab and in Los Angeles. 

Instructors:
We have recruited the best instructors in the industry and brought them together to offer up-to-date industry accepted training.

Itinerary:
This course is an intensive schedule mixing classroom and many hours of in-harness time. Participants are expanded to be on-site for 8-10 hours each day.

Certification:
This course includes an ATS Certification that is valid for a two year period. Participants are encouraged to re-take the full course every 24-36 months to refresh on existing skills and learn new techniques.

Included:
This course includes the use of all technical gear as well as a discount on future gear purchases for a 6 month period from Rescue Response Gear. This course also includes lunch on each course day.

Not Included:
The course tuition does not cover travel to the course location, accommodations (discounted hotels are nearby), or breakfast/dinner.
