ATS Tradeworks has offered elite professional training for the last decade to military, law enforcement, and civilian organizations. Pat Rhodes - born in Phoenix, Arizona on April 3, 1951; performed special operations/technical rescue for Phoenix FD for 28 years; Rescue member for FEMA Task Force; Instructor of Advanced Rigging and Technical Industrial Access; specialities in rope rescue, extreme confined space environments, structural steel rescue, and general industry rescue and worker access; current member of NFPA; meets current requirements of NFPA 1041, Fire Service Instructor Professional Qualifications, Levels 1 and 2.
